Biscuits & Gravy (Recipe)

Biscuits and gravy

You will need the following:
1 can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken.
½ pound of ground pork sausage.
3 tablespoons of minced onions {optional}.
½ cup of half and half.
2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of melted butter.
4 frozen biscuits

You will also need a oven sheet pan, and a frying pan and lid.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, place your biscuits on a nonstick sheet pan and place them in the preheated oven. Most times it should only take about 15 minutes to bake; however; you should check them often to make sure they don’t overcook. Now turn your stove on to medium high. Allow your frying pan to get hot and place the ground pork sausage into the pan. As your sausage turns brown, add in the minced onions (this will give your meat a little extra flavor, and you can also add a pinch of sage).

As your meat is cooking begin to mince and ground into smaller pieces or chunks. Once you notice your meat getting brown pour in your cream of mushroom soup and stir. Add in the butter, and the half and half and turn the temp of the stove down to low. Continue to stir until all the contents are thoroughly mixed, and cover. Let sit on low until biscuits are ready.

Pour your now amazing gravy over your plated biscuits and serve yourself a much deserved mouthwatering meal. There you have it another wonderful dish for you to enjoy. Until next time, happy eating!!!
