10. Resolution authorizing Visit Eau Claire to conduct New Year’s Eve Light Up Eau Claire on
Sunday, December 31, 2017, with parade on Barstow Street and Graham Avenue, fireworks
in Phoenix Park, and entertainment on top of North Barstow Parking Ramp.

ZONING
21. Ordinance rezoning property at 4803 and 4819 Bullis Farm Road from C-3P to R-3P with a
General Development for two 20-unit assisted living memory care CBRFs and one 80-unit
assisted living CBRF, and to approve three CBRFs with total capacity for 120 units with an
exception to the 2,500’ requirement (File Z-1617-17, CBRF-2-17).

22. Ordinance amending Tables VIII and IX of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Eau Claire
entitled “Parking Prohibited” and “Parking During Specified Hours.”

ALDERMANIC DISTRICTS
23. Charter Ordinance relating to the City Council and the reapportionment of the Aldermanic
Districts of the City of Eau Claire. (Adoption of a Charter Ordinance requires a two-thirds
(2/3) vote “of the elected members of the governing body”. Therefore, eight (8) affirmative
votes are required of the eleven (11) elected Council members for adoption.)
