1. Public hearing on an ordinance rezoning property on the north side of Westover Road, west of State Street from R-1 to R-1P and to adopt the General Development Plan for single-family development (File Z-1616-17).
2. Public hearing on an ordinance rezoning property at 883 Grover Road from TR-1A to R-1 (File Z-1618-17).
3. Public hearing on an ordinance rezoning property at the southwest corner of Mt. Washington Avenue and Menomonie Street from TR-1A and R-1A to R-1 (File Z-1620-18).
4. Public hearing on an ordinance amending the zoning code provisions for splitting of two-family residential lots adding that a joint cross-access and maintenance agreement be recorded with the land division (File Z-1619-18).
