The Galápagos Islands are known for their unique wildlife. Two of the creatures that call Galápagos home are species of lizards called iguanas. One of them is black, swims in the sea using its tail, and eats algae; the other couldn’t be more evolutionarily divergent.
In this episode of A Wisconsin Farmboy in the Galápagos, we travel to South Plaza Island to learn about the bright orange, three-foot-long, cactus-fruit-loving, grinning Land Iguana.
