Consideration to approve the Development and Purchase Agreement between RDA and Cannery Trail Residences, Inc. for the purchase of property previously known as 115 Maxon Street, 1719 Mappa Street, 106 Cameron Street, and 1704, 1714, 1716, 1720 and 1724 Oxford Avenue, contingent on approval of City Council approval of remaining outstanding issues
