2.1 Coherent Governance Overview – Mr Randy Nelson, Superintendent of the School District of La Crosse, will provide the Board with a brief overview of the Coherent Governance model and how it is utilized in La Crosse. Mr Nelson will then answer questions from the Board and moderate a discussion by the Board.
